Rowans yoga classes are enjoyable as well as being therapeutic.
She listens to us and will tailor the content according to our abilities, and also our energy levels. I can thoroughly recommend yoga with Rowan and the Oakley yoga group, such a friendly bunch. Having never done yoga before I expected to struggle and feel self conscious but Rowan makes you value your own abilities with no judgement, great teacher.

Rowans sessions are wonderful, so calming. I always leave feeling completely reset. Rowan has a really chilled out style which helps you feel calm, but at the same time you do feel you have pushed yourself if you want to. I have to work around a health condition and Rowan has always been super supportive of this and gives options for different ways you can participate in the poses. Everything is really non judgemental. Thouroughly recommend going to classes.
